I found a mistake in a course. What should I do?

If you notice something that you think is an error, definitely let us know!

You can do so by going to the ‘Help’ area, then click ‘Contact Us’ to send us a message and make sure to select the correct topic under the ‘drop down menu’ to let us know you’ve noticed an error.

Our feedback process:

--> The feedback we receive is both reviewed and sorted by the CultureFoundry team.

--> The CultureFoundry team then meets with the course content creators to review the feedback.

--> Once the feedback has been vetted/approved by the course content creators, then the team at CultureFoundry makes the changes into the course. The changes made in the course are reflected immediately in the platform. ‍

*Please note - we may at times need to speak with additional community members that work outside of our organization for further clarification on feedback before directly making changes to the course. This is an intentional process and can take some additional time. Thank you for your patience!
