Some images and text are overlapping on my screen. What do I do?

Depending on the size of your technical device and screen, sometimes some images and/or text may not display properly or overlap.

In the example image below, the progress bar is overlapping on the text ‘SOLUTION’:

If this happens to you, we suggest adjusting the Zoom In and Out settings of your screen.

Here are the steps to adjust the Zoom In and Out settings:
Zooming in - this typically makes the images and text on your screen larger.
Zooming out - this typically makes the images and text on your screen smaller.

For PC / Windows users:

  • Press the control ‘Ctrl’ key.
  • To Zoom in, click the plus ‘+’ key while holding down ‘ctrl’.
  • To Zoom out, click the minus ‘-’ key while holding down ‘ctrl’.

For Mac users:

  • Press the ‘command’ key.
  • To Zoom in, click the plus ‘+’ key while holding down ‘command’.
  • To Zoom out, click the minus ‘-’ key while holding down ‘command’.

If the issue continues after trying these solutions, please contact our team and we'd love to help out.
