I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?

There are two ways to reset your password:

1) Reset your password on your own, or 2) Have your password reset by your teacher.

View the step-by-step instructions below on how to reset your password:

1) Reset your password on your own (you need a valid email address).

--> If you have an email associated with your platform account, you can reset your password by clicking ‘I forgot my password’ on the main login page.

--> Next, click ‘Reset password myself’.

--> Then, enter your email address and click ‘email me a reset link’.

--> Lastly, you should receive a ‘reset password’ email from us. Please make sure to check your spam/junk email folders in the case you don’t receive an email in your email inbox.

2) Have your password reset by your teacher.‍

This option applies to you if you’re a classroom learner (enrolled into a class) and:

1) You don‘t have an email linked to your account or,

2) You can’t receive emails from us (due to email privacy settings set by your school)

If you said yes to one of the above 2 options, you‘ll need assistance from your teacher / educator to get your password reset. Please reach out to your teacher.
